Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

A key role that demands in-depth knowledge of payments and digital technologies to propel rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy:
    • Develop and execute plans to drive growth, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including product, marketing, technology, certification, risk, and legal teams.
    • Optimize user experience while launching new features or products that support growth.
    • Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and experience from a product perspective.
    • Responsible for achieving desired outcomes (P&L, customers onboarded, activated) for the assigned category.
  • Customer Relations:
    • Forge relationships with Banks, PA/PGs, TSPs.
    • Develop and maintain strong customer-centric principles within the organization and with clients.
    • Understand customer needs and develop strategies to address them, ensuring swift closures.
    • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
    • Familiarity with market trends, regulations, and competition is essential.
  • Product Enablement:
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of NBBL's offerings.
    • Create business models and high-end decks with complete value proposition as part of product pitches.
    • Work with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on NBBL products, including RuPay, UPI, IMPS, AePS, and others.
    • Owning and managing multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously in an effective and timely manner.
    • Preparing dashboards and trackers and sharing them with management on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure successful rollout.
Preferred Candidates:
  • Demonstrate understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
  • Customer-centric and analytical, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and leveraging AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
