
Drive Business Growth Through Referral Excellence

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive customer acquisition through our referral program, leveraging industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
This role will be part of the organic growth marketing team and report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Data-Driven Strategies
- Optimize the program through A/B testing and reward structure experimentation
- Create seamless app experiences for referrals, collaborating with product, tech, and creative teams
- Analyse metrics to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC)
- Assess industry trends to maintain competitive advantage in referral programs
App Retention Strategies:
- Develop and implement personalized multi-channel communication to boost awareness, engagement, and click-through rates (CTR)
- Create and optimize nurturing journeys through the funnel to improve lead rates, referrals, and reviews
- Analyse customer data and behaviour to optimize app flows to improve engagement and conversions
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience working in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals
- Experience managing budgets and being accountable for growth performance of a referral program
- Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and messaging platforms such as Gupshup, Kaleyra
- Passthrough analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills
