Acquire New Business Relationships

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a New Business Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. They must bring strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills, along with the ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients by targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across sectors like BFSI, real estate, technology, and consumer.
  • Proactively reach out through networks, industry events, and referrals, while shaping every conversation around the client's brand and business challenges.
  • Anchor pitches and proposals with our strategy and creative teams, and take responsibility for converting them into live engagements.
  • Ownership of the pipeline and quarterly acquisition targets is central to the role, along with tracking competitor moves and industry trends and feeding those insights back into the leadership team.

Requirements:

The ideal profile is someone who has already proven success in acquiring new logos rather than only farming existing accounts. Strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.
