Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Leader to drive our financial strategy, leveraging our platform to scale into market-leading positions across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve robust revenue growth with sustainable profit margins.
  • Harness our platform's local market expertise, advanced technology, and supply chain capabilities to unlock expansion into new markets.
  • Deploy data analytics and AI-powered forecasting to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products.
  • Establish solid financial foundations to support new product line launches and scaling of existing lines.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of finance experience in business finance, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel retail and cross-border operations in Asia, with hands-on experience navigating diverse regulatory environments and local market nuances.
  • Proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages, set up financial frameworks for new ventures, and lead expansions that scaled revenue while improving profitability.
  • Strong strategic finance and business partnership skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions to drive growth and margin improvement.
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy, experienced in leveraging modern tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support to enhance the speed and quality of financial insights.
