Commercial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial operations and experience in IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective IC admin processes for the sales field. Additionally, the successful candidate will utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.) and minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel is also required, as well as knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies.
