Dynamic Digital Specialist

We're looking for a strategic and creative individual to drive our digital presence forward.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.

  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive social media content strategy.
  • Execute creative campaigns to boost online presence.

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Create high-quality content that resonates with audiences.
  • Edit and publish engaging content.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest optimizations.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with online communities and foster trust and credibility.
  • Build relationships with homebuyers and investors around projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong content creation and editing skills.
  • Excellent command of English writing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
