Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra (Work from Office)We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence while driving impactful paid campaigns.

This role is a blend of creative social media management and data-driven performance marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both content and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Social Media Management·        Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.·        Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create engaging posts, reels, shorts, and stories.·        Publish daily content across Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, and Linked In.·        Write compelling captions & CTAs to boost engagement and conversions.·        Manage community interactions (DMs, comments, Telegram groups, Whats App broadcasts).·        Track and share user engagement insights with the team.2.

Performance Marketing·        Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube).·        Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and support ongoing optimizations.·        Execute A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.·        Run retargeting campaigns and support funnel optimization.·        Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports.

Analytics & Growth·        Track and analyze key organic and paid metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversions).·        Stay updated on social trends, platform algorithms, and ad marketing benchmarks.·        Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, webinars, and testimonials.

Qualifications·        2–4 years of experience in Social Media & Performance Marketing (Ed Tech/Finance preferred).·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.·        Hands-on experience with Instagram, You Tube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging.·        Strong written & verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.

Preferred Skills·        Experience with You Tube Lives or webinars.·        Knowledge of SEO for social content, hashtag strategies, and lead-gen via CTAs.·        Interest in stock market/finance-related content.
