Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill this critical role as a Social Media Scriptwriter & Content Strategist. This position demands a blend of creative scriptwriting expertise with a deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging scripts for various long-form social media formats, including YouTube, and contributing to the overall content planning, creation, and distribution strategy. A passion for social media, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Scriptwriting & Content Creation:
    • Develop original and compelling scripts for social media videos, particularly for YouTube, that resonate with our target audience.
    • Craft engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats that drive viewership and engagement.
    • Adapt scripts based on performance data and audience feedback.
    • Contribute to the creation of other social media content, including captions, posts, and stories.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management:
    • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned social media channels, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
    • Propose and implement creative ideas to improve social media performance.
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Coordinate with multiple teams, particularly on YouTube, to ensure seamless content production and distribution.
    • Manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks, ensuring thorough and proactive management.
    • Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge & Adaptability:
    • Possess a foundational understanding of the Home Construction industry (or be willing to learn) and remain adaptable to dynamic trends and unexpected changes in the social media landscape.
