Job Title: Lead Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled social media professional to manage our online presence across platforms, focusing on content strategy and performance-driven growth.

  • The ideal candidate should have proven experience in social media marketing analytics and a deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing high-quality content strategies across social media platforms, boosting posts, and running targeted ads using Meta Ads Manager & Meta Ads Booster.
  • Responsibilities also involve setting up and optimizing paid ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting weekly/monthly.
  • Other key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to grow followers and improve brand visibility, working closely with designers or using tools like Canva for post creation, engaging with followers and responding to queries and comments promptly, and researching and staying updated with social media trends and algorithm changes.

  • Follower Growth Rate
  • Engagement Rate (likes, comments, shares)
  • Ad Campaign Performance (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS)
  • Lead Generation / Conversion Metrics
  • Content Reach & Impressions
  • Post Boosting Results
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Meta Post Boosting
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva/Photoshop
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
