Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance professional to drive transformation initiatives across sanctions, AML, financial crime risk, third-party risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires proven expertise in building compliance frameworks, leading digital transformation, and managing global stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Enhance global compliance training programs beyond standard modules.
  2. Identify additional training areas aligned with business requirements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training relevance and effectiveness.
  1. Provide expert guidance on sanctions regulations across jurisdictions.
  2. Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable advisories.
  3. Support business units with practical insights on sanctions-related risks.
  1. Draft, review, and update policies, SOPs, and frameworks to align with evolving regulations.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into operational processes.
  3. Ensure effective implementation and communication of compliance policies.
  1. Lead initiatives on digital transformation in compliance, AML screening, financial crime risk, gap assessments, and third-party risk management.
  2. Drive process re-engineering, automation, and change management to strengthen compliance effectiveness.
  3. Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 14–15 years of progressive experience in legal compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory.
  • Background in consulting firms, multinational corporates, or regulatory advisory roles.
  • Experience in policy development, compliance training, and sanctions/AML advisory.
  • Strong leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Graduates from reputable institutions preferred (law background not mandatory).
