Senior Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analytics Specialist to support advanced analytics initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and experience managing end-to-end analytics projects including data wrangling, model development, validation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to solve real-world problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data science applications in drug discovery, development, and manufacturing.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from lab equipment's, sensors, and other scientific instruments.
  • Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with cheminformatics or bioinformatics tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
