Job Title: Data Insights Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Insights Manager to lead our patient analytics consulting projects. The successful candidate will analyze claims data to provide strategic insights, develop Tableau dashboards, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global Life Sciences company, empowering leaders to make better data-driven decisions. As a Data Insights Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end consulting projects, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
  • Analyzing claims data to provide strategic insights on patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.
  • Overseeing the development of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
