Job Title: Associate Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Architect to join our team. As an Associate Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing domain adaptive agentic AI systems that automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex AI workflows using tools like Langgraph, CrewAI, Autogen, or PhiData.
  • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest research and developments in generative AI, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and related fields.
  • Deploy machine learning models at scale, optimizing for latency, throughput, and robustness in production environments.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
  2. Proven track record in working with large-scale pre-trained models like Llama, Mistral, and models like GPT, BERT, T5, or similar.
  3. Expertise in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models and building agentic workflows.
  4. Strong experience in prompt engineering to optimize AI models' performance.
  5. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
  6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling of models.
