Sales Automation Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop a sophisticated, AI-powered sales and lead generation workflow using n8n.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building complex, multi-step workflows in n8n, as well as strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Building the end-to-end workflow in n8n, ensuring reliability and scalability
  • Integrating various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, Open AI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services (e.g., Phantombuster)
  • Implementing robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow
  • Crafting expressions and light code to correctly parse and map data between nodes
  • Collaborating with us to refine prompts for the AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in n8n: Demonstrable experience building complex, multi-step workflows in n8n is essential
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth)
  • Ai Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 (or similar) into automated workflows
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with the concepts and tools for web scraping and data enrichment
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy
