Senior AI Engineer

We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.

The Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge AI systems that meet the needs of our clients. This includes building enterprise-grade AI solutions that incorporate multimodal data sources, such as text, tables, images, and regulations. You will also be working on industrial data pipelines, ensuring the ingestion and normalization of heterogeneous data sources, and implementing production-ready AI and MLOps workflows.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building production AI/ML or search systems, with a strong background in Python, SQL, and systems thinking. They should also have expertise in RAG at scale, including vector databases, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and eval metrics. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of MLOps/SRE principles, including versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, and cost/performance trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI systems that incorporate multimodal data sources.
  • Implement industrial data pipelines that ensure the ingestion and normalization of heterogeneous data sources.
  • Develop production-ready AI and MLOps workflows that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in building production AI/ML or search systems.
  • Expertise in Python 3.11+, SQL, and systems thinking.
  • Experience in RAG at scale, including vector databases, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and eval metrics.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps/SRE principles, including versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, and cost/performance trade-offs.
