We're seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineering Specialist with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role involves designing high-quality prompts to drive accuracy and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI. Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models is required, along with hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere and proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents.

Familiarity with RPA-to-AI orchestration and programming/scripting languages is also necessary. Multi-agent frameworks and cloud platforms for AI deployment are a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality prompts to drive accuracy and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows.
  • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning and planning tasks autonomously.
  • Partner with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates and best practices for large language models.
  • Integrate APIs and knowledge bases into AI agents and RPA workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities.
