Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to play a pivotal role in our organization. This dynamic position involves handling end-to-end communication between the agency and clients, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Participate in creating Brand/Communication strategies aligned with clients' sales and marketing objectives.
  • Client Meetings and Briefs: Work independently on assignments, handle client meetings, take briefs, and present Agency recommendations.
  • Documentation and Communication: Circulate meeting minutes, briefs, and information post-client interactions.
  • Sales Data and Market Share: Obtain, tabulate, maintain, and update sales and market share data for clients and their competitors.
  • Brief Preparation and Research: Prepare briefs for creative development, market planning, and market research; conduct internet searches and compile information to support work development.
  • Project Execution and Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with Studio, Media, Production, Film, and other departments to ensure timely job execution.
  • Estimates and Invoicing: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure estimates and invoices are submitted on time and approved by clients.
  • Payment Collection: Forward outstanding statements and payment reminders to clients and follow up on timely collection of payments.
Requirements
  • Graduate or PG in related fields
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience
