Key Operations Executive

The key operations executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day functions of the organization run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role:

This is a highly impactful position that oversees all departments, including administration, human resources, finance, sales support, procurement, and projects. The successful candidate will guarantee seamless workflow alignment with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee overall organizational functions, ensuring proper functioning of various departments.
  • Supervise administrative processes, including documentation, asset management, office supplies, and team logistics.
  • Coordinate work between different verticals, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain close communication between field operations and office support teams.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for organizational functions.
  • Standardize document control, filing systems, and reporting formats.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across departments.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports from departments.
  • Prepare consolidated dashboards and updates for senior management.
  • Track internal KPIs related to operations, productivity, and project delivery support.
  • Allocate tasks to department heads or coordinators and monitor deadlines.
  • Follow up on pending work and escalated issues.
  • Ensure adequate support and resources for team members.
  • Enforce adherence to organizational policies, rules, and guidelines.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and punctuality within the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR for employee engagement, conflict resolution, and training needs.
  • Serve as the central point of communication between departments and top management.
  • Address operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with department heads.
