Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaborative relationships with local NGOs to ensure quality outcomes.

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies to drive project success.

• Conduct city-level consultation workshops to engage with community members and stakeholders.

• Manage project finances and track budgetary requirements.

• Lead monitoring and report writing efforts for the team.

• Design and implement programs in select slums to promote community development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in community development or a related field.

• Strong understanding of climate resilience, gender, and women's leadership principles.

• Excellent government liaison and networking skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, budgeting, and report writing.

• Graduate/Master's degree preferred.
