We are seeking a Client Liaison Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad and Indore.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for facilitating communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The Client Liaison Specialist will ensure seamless approvals and clearances from various authorities, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role involves managing and maintaining strong relationships with government officials, clients, and partners, handling documentation and legal formalities, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of approvals and clearances from various authorities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government officials, clients, and partners through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Handle documentation and legal formalities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, legal formalities, and documentation.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a liaisoning or similar role preferred.
