Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Client Service Representative.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their health journey.

  1. Establish daily communication with clients via phone calls and text messages to monitor their progress and address any concerns.
  2. Send regular reminders and motivational content to maintain strong client relationships and encourage continued support.
  3. Utilize Google Sheets to track client mood, motivation, and progress, escalating any issues to the Head Nutritionist as needed.
  4. Maintain open lines of communication with clients, coordinating with the nutritionist to update plans or make dietary changes as required.
  5. Prepare weekly progress summaries for the team and clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate empathy in their interactions with clients.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include a graduate degree in any field, diploma or counselling/health sciences, fluency in Hindi and English, and 1-2 years of experience in wellness, counselling, coaching, or client service roles.
