Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating tooling projects from start to finish. As a successful candidate, you will oversee the effective communication between the tooling department and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to gather requirements and provide mold quotations, capacity assessments, and design analyses for manufacturing (DFM) at the ESI stage.
  • Assist in organizing DFM review meetings and ensure all relevant activities are locked down with mold development teams.
  • Initiate knock-off (KO) in tooling factories and convey accurate KO information to design and master plans.
  • Participate in design 3D review meetings and urge relevant departments to attend.
  • Handle urgent cases during mold fabrication, assembly, and testing in collaboration with corresponding departments.
  • Arrange E1 meetings to develop debugging schemes and drive them effectively.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time according to project schedules.
  • Monitor progress and quality for entire team projects, including ECN processes.
  • Track mold repair work within stipulated timelines.
