Job Title: Finance Director

The company seeks a seasoned finance leader to drive financial governance, reporting, and operational excellence.

  • Monthly Financial Closures:
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial closures as per the closing calendar.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Cashflow statements, variance analysis, and other reports in line with management formats.
  • Oversee key operations including Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Quarterly Financial Closures:
  • Prepare quarterly financial results, segment reporting, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for related party transactions.
  • Prepare Advance Tax and Provision for Tax.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for timely and accurate submission.
  • Annual Financial Closures:
  • Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements complying with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Coordinate with external auditors for smooth audit processes.
  • Prepare and review other financial reports as required.
  • Financial Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, 1961, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR).
  • Audit Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and submissions.
  • Stakeholder Partnership:
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to provide financial insights supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Process Excellence:
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in finance processes.
