Job Summary

This role involves working closely with the functional leadership team to drive process improvements and achieve functional excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and track transformation initiatives aligned with functional strategy.
  • Support the functional leadership team to improve processes and deliver financial results.
  • Provide insightful and actionable financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure business risks and opportunities are managed effectively.
Accountabilities
  • Responsible for analyzing and managing functional profit and loss.
  • Review and monitor functional cost development.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
  • Analyze actuals versus budget and track transformation initiative savings.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure timely cost recognition.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial analyst or controlling functions.
  • A strong interest in the chemical manufacturing industry and a desire to work with a global multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Business Warehouse, and PowerBi.
