IT Ariba Applications Manager Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of IT Ariba Applications Manager. This is a key position that involves managing and maintaining our Ariba application suite, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems, and providing top-notch support to our users.Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Management
    • Manage and maintain the Ariba application suite, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure seamless integration of Ariba with other business systems, such as SAP MM & PM, SAP FI & CO, and SAP ECC.
  • Support and Collaboration
    • Provide exceptional support to users, including incident management, problem solving, and training.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • System Administration
    • Administer and configure SAP Ariba & SAP Ariba Network, as well as SAP Ariba configuration tables in SAP ECC.
    • Implement further automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise
    • Professional experience with Ariba and SAP applications, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong technical knowledge and skills in areas such as system maintenance, configuration, and customizing.
  • Business Acumen
    • Experience with relevant business processes and IT standards like ITIL, Cobit, CMM.
    • Certification in system maintenance / configuration / customizing.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
