Job Opportunity: SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Expertise is required.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Specialist. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with a focus on Guided Sourcing.

The role involves designing, implementing, and integrating sourcing processes end-to-end across projects, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and integration points. Strong expertise in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA systems is necessary for seamless integration.

Sourcing Process Management:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across various projects.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes, including RFx and Auctions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
  • Support all stages of Sourcing projects, from requirement gathering to testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems, focusing on seamless workflow automation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with a minimum of 2+ years focused on Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration, ensuring efficient data exchange.
  • Excellent communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is highly valued but not mandatory.

Beneficial Experience:

  • Awareness of Ariba Contracts and Ariba Buying & Invoicing can be advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to upstream and downstream Ariba modules can contribute to a deeper understanding of the platform.
  • Global implementation or rollout project experience can provide valuable insights into large-scale operations management.
