Job Opportunity: SAP Ariba Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with expertise in sourcing to implement, configure and support SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes and deliver value through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP/S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  • Provide functional expertise on sourcing workflows, templates and approvals.
  • Conduct system testing, training and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
  • Stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
