SAP FICO Expert:

We seek an accomplished SAP Finance and Controlling specialist to drive our financial systems forward.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting modules, particularly in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Project Systems, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting.

The position focuses on leadership and oversight rather than hands-on deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Spearhead SAP FICO implementations, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.
  • Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of all FICO configurations and integrations with other SAP modules.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, changes, and enhancements.
  • Training: Equip end-users and junior consultants with the knowledge to utilize and support the system effectively.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the stability of the FICO modules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, demonstrating a track record of success in large-scale implementations.
  • Detailed knowledge of the SAP FICO module, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Order Accounting.
  • Exceptional understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
  • SAP Certification in FICO is highly preferred.
