We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Bakery Professional. This is a full-time on-site role that requires the ability to work collaboratively and take direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare baking ingredients and follow traditional and modern recipes
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Assist in the decoration and presentation of finished products
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as attention to detail and creativity in pastry presentation.

Requirements:
  • Pasty baking, cake decoration, and dessert making skills
  • Experience in following and adjusting recipes
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts is a plus

Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is beneficial for this role. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a passion for baking and an ability to maintain a high level of quality in their work.
