Job Opportunity

Role: Technical Support Professional

  • 1-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with a strong background in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and typing skills (60-80 WPM) for effective issue resolution and documentation.
  • Troubleshooting expertise with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Knowledge of support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills to diagnose complex issues.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using SOPs and best practices.
  • Support customers through various channels, including email, phone, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools, ITIL principles, and Google products, such as Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and more.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a focus on technology or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and rotation shifts, to accommodate business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

They will also have hands-on experience with Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet, and other relevant tools.
