Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to manage day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Support performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and guiding employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data accuracy, and manage HR documentation.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, and 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.

Key skills include a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
