Agile Project Coordinator

We seek a seasoned Agile expert with expertise in delivering projects using Scrum framework. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical knowledge of Azure DevOps governance and platform management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive project progress.
  • Maintain accurate velocity metrics, track sprint artifacts and backlog within Azure DevOps.
  • Implement security protocols, manage access and maintain compliance requirements.
  • Oversee ongoing sustainment and enhancement of integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Translate business needs into actionable development tasks while collaborating closely with developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and update documentation accordingly.
  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and development teams to prioritize expectations.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices, platform governance, and delivery efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Background in application sustainment, platform support, and large enterprise environments.
  • Proven stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
