Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 3 days in office per week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified and experienced Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects in a dynamic Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile project delivery using Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and adherence to Agile best practices.
  • Track and report project metrics, team performance, and delivery status.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of agility and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 710 years of experience in project/delivery management.
  • Agile/SAFe certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery models.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office Bangalore).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing distributed teams and offshore delivery within Agile team.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
  • Background in IT services, product development, or enterprise solutions.
