Holograph Technologies Sales Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to drive sales of IT products, including Atlassian solutions and other OEM offerings, at Holograph Technologies And Consulting India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline updates.
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in IT/software sales, preferably with Atlassian products or similar enterprise solutions. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
