Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

As an Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identity Synchronization: Design, implement, and manage identity synchronization solutions to ensure seamless user access and authentication across various systems and applications.
  • Virtual Directory Services: Configure and optimize virtual directory services to provide secure and efficient access to sensitive data and resources.
  • Federation and Single Sign-On (SSO): Implement and manage federation and SSO solutions to enable secure and convenient access to multiple applications and services.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve identity-related issues and incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: 2+ years of experience with identity management technologies, including Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified Directory, Active Directory, and LDAP. Strong understanding of Windows Servers, IIS, and critical services.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications and Training: Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP are highly desirable, as well as experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
