Identity Operations Specialist

As an Identity Operations Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team dealing with complex problems, performing requirements analysis, and documenting solutions.

You will work on designing Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, and workflow.

You will also contribute to Security and Compliance Audits, and collaborate with Agile teams.

Your skills include:

  • Dealing with ambiguous or undefined problems
  • Performing requirements analysis and documenting solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud
  • Two-step verification and application used for it
  • Difference between authentication and authorization
  • Role-based access control
  • Database management and data structure knowledge

Requirements:

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types [Webservice, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.], HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.
  • Good experience in designing Role Based Access Control system, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Experience in contributing to Security and Compliance Audits
  • Experience in working with Agile teams

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable performing requirements analysis, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is knowledgeable about Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint identity secure cloud.

The ideal candidate should have good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape, and experience in designing Role Based Access Control systems.
