Senior IAM Specialist

This is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader, offering an exciting opportunity to work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Rotational, Sat & Sunday: Working, rotational offs in mid of the weeks. Cab facility available.
Required Skills and Qualifications\- \
- Deals well with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractly\
- Comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels and documenting solutions\
- Excellent interpersonal skills\
- Knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud.\
- Two step verification and application used for it\
- Difference between authentication and authorization\
- Role based access control\
- Database management and data structure knowledge\
- Energetic team player who works well across boundaries and readily adapts to change and enjoys rapid development\
- Confident on the skills, abilities and willing to share what you know, while learning from others.\

- Good experience with a modern Identity and Access Management products preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk.\
- Good experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types [Webservice, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.], HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.\
- Good experience in designing Role Based Access Control system, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow.\
- Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.\
- Experience in contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits\
- Experience in working with Agile teams.\
