Job Title: IAM Data Specialist

This role requires a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, including Leaver/Mover, User Access Review, data quality, and monthly metrics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Refreshing user data in Onecert periodically, ensuring timely execution of IAM controls.
  • Extracting, sourcing, converting, and uploading user lists to Onecert.
  • Generating reports and adhering to established escalation procedures.
  • Fulfilling requests from business stakeholders for user list sourcing and SAM document management.
  • Implementing Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request modifications.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Sailpoint certifications.
  • Excel VBA and Macros certifications.
  • English language proficiency.
Responsibilities

As an IAM Data Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring the integrity and security of user data in Onecert.
  2. Collaborating with external teams for user list sourcing and application support.
  3. Participating in active collaborations to enhance IAM process efficiency.
  4. Mitigating risks associated with IAM processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
