Job Title: Data Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining systems that organize and manage business data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management solutions using the Stibo STEP platform.
  • Create and manage data models to define how information is stored and linked.
  • Design and build integration points with other systems using APIs, ETL tools or web services.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify technical options and guide development efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with data management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
