Our organization is a technology-driven entity that delivers cutting-edge managed cloud hosting services for e-commerce shops on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure specialist to join our managed hosting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of systems hosted on our platform.
- Administer Linux-based servers on our managed hosting platform.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for client systems.
- Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT infrastructure specialist in a managed hosting environment.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
- Familiarity with web hosting control panels is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
- AWS certification is advantageous.
