Job Summary

The IT Support Specialist is a critical role in ensuring seamless business operations through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and IT service management across various aspects of IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications to ensure optimal functionality and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks) to prevent downtime and ensure high performance.
  • Handle user requests and incidents via the IT helpdesk/ticketing system with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365 to maintain secure and organized IT environments.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Skills Required
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms to effectively manage and maintain IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) to ensure reliable and efficient data transfer.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills to resolve issues efficiently and provide excellent support.
