Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer - Power Automate

We are seeking a seasoned software professional to fill the role of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. This position requires extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, and APIs to extend the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including strong knowledge of its various modules (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service).
  • 5+ years of experience in developing business applications using C# with strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • Strong experience with Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, is essential for this role.
  • Mandatory skills include Azure Cloud development, Omnichannel Voice/Telephony integration, and CRM implementation experience.
  • Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, AI Services, ASP.NET Core Web & Portal Development, and Microsoft Dynamics Certification are preferred but not required.
