Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant
with strong expertise in
Anthology Reach & Raise
, Power Platform, and service delivery management. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Application Administrator, responsible for configuring, integrating, and supporting Anthology solutions, while serving as the primary customer contact for service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling senior management interactions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary customer contact
    for service delivery and relationship management.
  • Understand customer business objectives and manage
    service delivery expectations

  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as an
    Application Administrator
    and
    SME
    for
    Anthology Reach and Raise
    products.
  • Configure, integrate, and develop Anthology Reach and Raise business solutions.
  • Translate business concepts and requests into detailed requirements.
  • Provide
    problem resolution for end users
    , conducting research and collaborating on solutions.
  • Recommend system configurations and propose business process improvements.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute
    testing and quality assurance
    for new processes and system enhancements.
  • Evaluate upcoming
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    and
    Anthology Reach/Raise releases
    and recommend adoption of new features.
  • Communicate the status of releases, projects, and activities to stakeholders.
  • Deliver
    ad-hoc training sessions
    for end users.
  • Drive escalated
    product support tickets
    to resolution by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Document client interactions, solutions provided, and knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Contribute to
    process improvement initiatives
    to enhance client engagement efficiency.
  • Create and update Salesforce cases for activity management.
  • Contribute to weekly activity reports, initiative plans, and communication templates.
  • Submit weekly timecards as per company policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance
    , or related fields.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    working with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
    .
  • Experience with
    MS SQL Server scripting
    or building
    SSIS packages
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Power Platform
    (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
