Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of our finance and operations systems.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, or other modules) and a strong understanding of business processes. They will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring the system, and providing expert guidance to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365.">
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to meet business needs.">
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality.">
  • Provide guidance on best practices for business processes and system usage within Dynamics 365.">
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development.">
  • Perform gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, recommending solutions to address gaps.">
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals.">
  • Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities to ensure a smooth deployment.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.">
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to advise clients on potential improvements.">

To succeed in this role, you will need:
