Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. As a senior-level developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing custom solutions using Dynamics 365 development tools and frameworks.">
  • Customizing user interfaces, forms, views, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements.">
  • Developing and maintaining plugins, workflows, and custom workflow activities to automate business processes.">
  • Integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using REST and SOAP APIs.">
  • Performing data migration and data management tasks to ensure data consistency and integrity.">
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 functionality.">
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.">
  • Providing technical support and training to CRM users.">

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.">
  • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI is highly valuable.">
  • Proficiency in SQL Server for data manipulation and management.">
  • Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 SDK for developing custom solutions.">
  • Expertise in developing and implementing custom plugins and workflows to automate business processes.">
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration with other systems.">

  • Understanding of core CRM concepts and business processes related to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.">

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred. Proven experience in Dynamics CRM Development, with at least 3 years as a Lead, is required. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
