Job Title: Master Structural Planner
">Key Responsibilities:
"> Design and Technical Support:
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineering teams to bring design concepts into structural feasibility.
Prepare and review technical documents, BOQs, and structural drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Project Planning & Coordination:
"> Assist in creating project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates for efficient project execution.
Coordinate activities between design, PMC, contracting teams (Pro&Sys PMC & ContArc), and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.
Site Supervision & Execution:
"> Supervise site works to guarantee adherence to design intent, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor contractors' work progress, material usage, and labor teams to ensure timely completion and control wastage.
Quality & Safety:
"> Implement quality control procedures for concrete, steel, and construction materials to ensure high-quality outputs.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on construction sites and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
Quantity & Cost Control:
"> Verify material quantities for procurement, check contractor bills, and certify measurements for accurate payment processing.
Optimize material use and minimize waste through effective planning and coordination.
Client & Team Communication:
"> Communicate complex technical details to clients in collaboration with architects, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
Facilitate communication between office design teams and on-site execution teams, promoting transparency and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
"> Strong understanding of building codes, IS standards, and local authority regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
