Job Title: Lead Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive architectural plans that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and approval processes. They will also have excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of project requirements and context.
  • Create detailed design briefs aligned with client vision and objectives.
  • Propose optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant boards and authorities.
  • Identify and engage external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC).
  • Maintain design integrity throughout project development and execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships.
  • Oversee design coordination with operating teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
