As a Lead Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process for a group of HomeLane customers from initial meetings to final order delivery.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored design solutions. This includes developing designs, creating production-ready drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

To excel in this role, you will need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in interior designing or architecture, preferably with a diploma from a reputable institution.
  • Site experience is mandatory, and you should be confident in your ability to install proposed designs with minimal hassle.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software is also required.
