Job Title: Quality Team Lead

Overview

As a Quality Team Lead, you will oversee a team responsible for quality checks of map data. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational goals by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support.
  • Identify data quality challenges and proactively mitigate the issues through data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Implement data quality policy and validation rules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of Quality analysts to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client guidelines by conducting regular check-ins and progress reviews.
  • Track team performance using data quality KPIs and provide actionable feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to quality control processes, utilizing tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders by leveraging data visualization tools and presenting insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify and address quality issues promptly by developing and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to quality control processes by conducting process assessments and implementing changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues and improve overall quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Process Excellence and data creation teams to implement best quality practices in mapping operations by fostering open communication and sharing knowledge.
  • Provide regular updates to Quality Manager on team performance and process improvements by maintaining accurate records and reporting progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices by staying up-to-date on industry developments and adhering to company policies.
QualificationsEducation:
  • Any Graduate.
  • Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are desirable as they demonstrate expertise and commitment to quality excellence.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role with a focus on leading and mentoring teams.
