Civil Quality Assurance Specialist

Ensuring the quality of construction materials and processes is a top priority in our solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementation of Field Quality Plans (FQPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for civil and structural works.
- Initiation of source approval for construction materials, verifying their conformance to specified requirements.
- Overseeing the initiation and witnessing of construction material testing and design mix to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Managing site material testing laboratories to guarantee their functionality and operational efficiency.
- Conducting regular inspections and testing of inward materials at site labs, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Providing training sessions for contractor supervisors and workmen on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Inspecting rebar, formwork, and concrete pouring at switchyards, control rooms, and transformer foundations to prevent defects and ensure compliance.
- Ensuring the quality control of concrete by conducting thorough inspections and testing throughout the construction process.
- Inspecting concrete pile foundations, MMS erections, and module mounting inspections of cable trenches, roads, drainage, and boundary walls to identify any potential issues.
- Identifying gaps and initiating Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), suggesting corrective measures to prevent recurrence and improve overall quality.
- Maintaining close coordination with customer quality teams to understand their concerns and develop shared platforms for best construction practices.
